Our Process

Farrukh Foundation's Pathways to Success Program takes a multi-faceted approach to empower students.

MATCHING

We begin by carefully matching each mentee with a dedicated college student mentor who has experience navigating the admissions process at top universities. Together, they embark on a guided journey that tackles all aspects of college applications. Mentors offer support with standardized testing preparation, essay writing, and navigating complex application procedures.

SKILL
BUILDING

The program equips students with essential skills through workshops  focused on time management, study habits, and building confidence – all crucial for success in a competitive college environment.

By providing this comprehensive academic and strategic support system, the program empowers students from low-SES backgrounds to compete for and gain acceptance into their dream colleges.
